This particular strap came from a black Top Gun Big Pilot from a few years ago. ...
I've been wearing it for years and I love it...

hmm..., I wonder why IWC wouldn't just say what kind of band it is, maybe I am missing something.
Either way, hopefully "synthetic" means that such synthesis of materials would make such strap more durable. When I had the Dark Side of the Moon, the black strap looked similar to this one, and I think that was cordura or something. But I like it, maybe ...
So maybe you think has like rubber feel, to a certain extent?
