Yes, it is very different...
...and it is the reason it took me so long to take the jump and add it to my collection.
I never got to see it "in the flesh" so all I had were a few photos from the seller.
Now I cannot be more glad. It is very atypical, but it is one of the most beautiful dials that I have ever owned.
Suffice to say I have only recently started to wear pink or yellow gold watches...I have been for many years a white gold or platinum kind of guy, call it discreet if you want. So this particular model required a quite dramatical leap of faith. I can tell you that in the flesh the watch looks stunning while keeping an utmost classicism and discretion.
I am using here a couple of the photos that I based my decision upon (not my photos, of course).

Yes, a slightly modified Venus 175...
Thank you, Horo! I have the manual of the Venus 175 and it does not include date and month, so I guess DB modified the caliber slightly to account for these features.
