Foversta tempted me enough to pick up the camera and try to take a few photos of the two DB of my collection which are currently at home. Clearly enough, Fr.Xavier is a much better photographer than me!! But I still wanted to share these with you. The two...

Thank you, Horo! I have the manual of the Venus 175 and it does not include date and month, so I guess DB modified the caliber slightly to account for these features.

I'm very happy that you showed us these two timepieces... they are historical DB! Don't hesitate to post more about them! Fx

There was something special about the earlier DBs, which has not been lost in the newer models, but which was more distinctive at the time that the earlier models were released. Thanks for those shots; some more would always be good to see. At risk of hij...
