I guess the club is open to new admissions, although with like any other "posh" club it is the current members who ultimately accept new members. I can introduce you to the incumbent people if you (or any other PuristS member) like. 
Just two warnings: (1) it is more a "club" than a website: take that into account. So do not expect much "message traffic" but rather meetings, dinners, and of course the annual club-watch; and (2) it is 99% in Spanish and based in Spain... That implies, for instance, that my current expatriation in China means I miss out on most of the gatherings. However, being in Spanish, I can follow anything that happens.
There are some non-Spanish speakers who live in Central Europe and I guess they are happy, but I just wanted you to take this into account.
