Vincent Deprez

I always have been an indepedent watch enthusiast/collector.
As some may know I already have some independents in my collection and others are in the proces of manfacturing.
Some more playful, other more classical and varying in budget.
Sometimes it takes a while to decide, for some I never pull the trigger, but only for a few it is really love at first sight.
And this was the case for the Vincent Deprez souscription tourbillon. After having only seen a few pictures, I knew this was nr.1 on my wishlist.
Contacted Vincent, he was really friendly in communication (man - the big brands can only learn how to interact with their clients from these independents) - and immediately ordered one.
Here I am a few months later in Geneva picking up my watch. And I am can say that I am a proud owner of the very first souscription tourbillon he made.
Vincent is a really nice, young very talented watchmaker. His atelier is set up in his house, and shows all his tools with such passion. Almost all of the watch is made by him for a few exceptions and all on traditional machines, no CNC. The base plate for example takes 2 to 3weeks to made.
Enough writen, now I will share some pictures of this beautifully made watch.
Enjoy,
Alex
