Truly caring service from Czapek

I wanted to share my outstanding experience with Czapek’s customer service. My Czapek Rattrapante Mystery Green came with a stainless steel bracelet featuring brushed finishing and polished “C” links. Personally, I thought a fully brushed bracelet with brushed “C” links would look better. I reached out to Czapek directly via WhatsApp, and their responsiveness was nothing short of exceptional. The customer service representative Pierre was incredibly communicative and accommodating, treating me like royalty—something not always expected from watch brands these days. It was refreshing and wonderful to feel that my watch brand actually cares about its customers!

They provided a prepaid shipping label for me to send in my bracelet to be refinished, free of charge. Pierre assured me it would be back within a week. I was shocked —what, a week? Not a month or a year? Then, less than a week later, I received a FedEx alert that it was arriving back to me!

I can’t say enough good things about Czapek. They are truly amazing. I’m so impressed that I own two of their rattrapantes! I wanted to share this experience in case anyone is considering a Czapek watch or is curious about their customer service. They’ve certainly earned a loyal customer in me. Thank you Pierre and everyone at Czapek. You guys are awesome and your watches are awesome!
