Seriously, it would be nice if somebody from TP would interview BeatH regarding the H9... before people start misinterpreting it... although, since I think this is art, that it will be subject to a lot of interpretation, as well as, misinterpretation. It ...

I think the word pretentious could be called for.

I probably made a comment like this the first time round, but it makes me wonder about adding complications such as a silent repeater mechanism, a chronograph without buttons, a diver's version with a bezel with no markings that won't rotate in either dir...

Artists are free to produce anything they want, my only concern is if this watch actually sold in any quantity. At that point we know that the end is nigh for the luxury watch industry for it has become a parody. I swear I can actually hear Mr Haldimann l... 

Duchamp some near century ago was tackling similar themes. I've read this and seen it come up regularly. Could it not be an extension of the previous H8 "exercise"? Personally I find it pretentious too. But I don't take it seriously and doubt the creator ...
