The 1st and 2nd generation side by side. The movement of 2nd generation is more refined and more light catching. Waiting time is not that bad for 2nd generation. It is 2 years while the 1st gen is 4 years ++. :-( ...
That’s amazing. I can’t see the serpent’s bead on the caseback shot of the second gen. Don’t they all get Chronometer certified there? Why the longer wait for the first Gen?

Definitely the second generation for me! :-)
Not just because of the sublime finishing but the case is smaller at 39.8mm. I also like the fact that the bezel around the movement of the second generation fills up the case back better. The first generation had three types of case - 42mm with a gadroon...

The price difference is inaccurate.
Current market craze is driving up the price of the first generation tremendously, close to the level of the second generation. I’m not sure if they have increased the price of the second generation, but it’s an absolute steal if they did not!

or let's say 5% buyers and 5% sellers premium But the 15-25% they ask from both sides is absolutely disgusting
