I like the symmetrical layout and the bridges/cocks. Most manufactures don't make enough of the barrels in their designs. But what's going on with the anchor on the back?
But in general I find the Armold & Son watches to be too large and a little too gaudy and unsubtle for my taste. Their time-only watches are heading in the right direction, though.

at least in the past five years or so??? But I do think that their name is unfortunate... seriously... Arnold is such an un-brand-like name, no? Conjuring images of a lanky, bony sherrif's deputy who they don't let carry a gun? is it just me? The name mat...

But you may have a point there Mostel Others may be a mouthful,some may sound very exotic whilst there are those that just roll off the tongue,like RRRo_ex! At least you like some of their offerings. cheers fernando

Then...40mm sound reasonnable, but the dial opening and lugs shape make it too large for what is obviously a dress watch. Too bad. (I've got the same problem with the nomos Zurich, on a different note)
