As for the symbiosis of horology and gastronomy - typical PuristS attractions here - no matter how delectible the watch or delicious the meal, I still fail to make the connection. Enjoy either of them for yourselves or both together - so long as they last... 

Over here, we just go for a simple chinese porridge. The conversation was the most impt at the gtg I feel and the cosy setting plus small delightful party of 6 made it even better. cheers PAt

By the way, I came back from the fish restaurant today after sorely missing some sauce and spices !!! But wearing a new GO Panoinverse XL and carrying a bottle of champagne as a very nice thought from the shop. Am I ever feeling happy ! Without having ope... 

It does make sense to leverage on the strengths of the different masters to create wonderful projects. Akin to the Opus projects. As for the food, we are spoiled for choice with spicy stuff here. In fact just had roasted pork, bbq pork with tangy lime gar... 

That's what foodie ends up with I suppose ! :-)

However it is making me hungry!! I am a big fan of Stepans work (and have one on the way) and it is great to see all his watches lined up and being admired. Across the range the watches are so different that they seem to include a watch for everyone and I... 

but the sarpaneva hands are quite uniquely finished. polished and sandblasted on the same hand. which one is coming in btw? cheers PAt

The watch is wonderful on the wrist--very comfortable for its size. Also, Mr. Sarpaneva seems to have completed the finishing under a scanning electron microscope...it is that flawless. Regards, Jon

However, I just ordered it, which was easy and, actually, very enjoyable. To his credit, Mr. Sarpaneva made the watch and delivered it well before it was promised. I purchased it through my local AD, who is also absolutely first rate. Regards, Jon
