last edition of the model, I have to say, I am smitten, despite the awesomeness of the IP2 - the IP2 is a work of kinetic and micromechanical art but I'm not sure if I would wear it daily; this one I would, definitely, if I can get used to its size on my wrist.

GF set out to re-examine the role of the tourbillon in the wrist watch and with it, came up with new forms for the escapement. Thanks for reading Andrew H

Tested through Greubel Forsey’s EWT (Experimental Watch Technology), the movement had shown superior timekeeping over the single plane tourbillon in a wrist watch or with a basic lever escapement. Shown?

That's not data, that's a pretty picture open to any interpretation you feel like. Numbers? Scale? Algorithmic/linear? Sample sizes?... In the good old days companies gave real data, and even got testing authorities to provide it for them. nick
These GF pieces are always a pleasure to look at in person
so us mere mortals can only drool and dream. With the retirement of their first model, is there any plan to make a watch which mortals can afford? Maybe a time only watch w/ the same level of finishing? Cheers, Anthony
