Speed - the foudroyante jump on the Habring2 Foudroyante ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡น

If there is something like a signature complication combination for Habring2 itโ€™s a deadbeat seconds with the foudroyante. Sure thing - Richardโ€™s name will forever be associated with rattrapantes but this is a combination very much uniquely theirs.

So when we were looking for what our anniversary watches had to have, for me it was a must. A deadbeat seconds complication endows a watch with complete stealth - no one looking at it with unsavory motives will be interested beyond the first glance, which certainly appeals to me. The minimalist design language helps, too.

The running joke for the foudroyante goes that itโ€™s a quartz with a battery on its last legs, since the little hand jumps around so erratically ๐Ÿ˜‰

Below a shot where I managed to catch the foudroyante hand flying from one position to the next, not something I succeed at often ๐Ÿ˜Š

Any other fun independents on your wrists this weekend?
