I recently damaged my DB15 so took it to my AD. Quote comes back for epairs and service and DB doing some other bits and pieces free of charge which of course expensive but not unreasonable considering the watch What I wasnt expecting was the £450 EACH wa... 

and those charges should be fought. AD's typically negotiate good rates with their shipping companies, including reasonable insurance charges. I would ask to see the invoice for the shipping of your watch and make them justify the charge. Bill

Depending if they are making any money on the service charges, there is an opportunity for them to make a little margin by adding a little something into the shipping charge. If you have an AD handle the shipping to and fro, I don't think it is unreasonab...

I thought the quote had to include EVERYTHING 9including shipping etc) under most european laws, so s to avoid unpleasant surprises. I doubt very much they can get away with that kind of nonsense legally. nick
