And that will never be answered. 

Carpe diem, seize the day, enjoy watches as they are, could be my (and your?) motto, where ever they come from... And think of servicing as it comes.
I strongly believe there will always be very talented and careful watchmakers in the future who will be capable of servicing rare, beautiful, and delicate watches. At a cost, of course. To give them in the wrong hands would be criminal.
So sorry, not an issue at for all those watches that do not have high technological (read ephemeral) content.

But what is an issue are the so called expert houses that cannot do proper servicing of their complicated watches.
