I'm possibly in the market for a Moritz Grossmann piece but wanted to do research first. So...: Calling all owners, past and present! Wondering what your experiences with MG have been like and if you've ever dealt with service/warranty/etc. Please share y... 

When I received it, there was a piece of dust in the movement that I noticed. I sent the watch back to have it removed. They took care of everything under the warranty, and I've had no issues since. So overall a very positive experience with their service...

This is great information and also reassuring to hear. It's also nice that the watch goes back to the watchmaker (if they still don't have said dept). Thanks for your input.

I posted about it on my Instagram, you can see the post with pictures here . I've had no issues, and I love the feel of the watch. Very well made, the winding feel is great, and the whole experience is elegant.
