I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the brand. I have 2 of their pieces. Similar to above they gave me an amazing tour in Glashutte when none of the other brands bothered to respond. The CEO said they like having visitors because it helps their staff hear from customers directly - very savvy and something I’m surprised other manufactures don’t do more of.
And of course, the workmanship is top notch. I am not sure if they have a service department yet. At least 2 years ago they didn’t have enough volume to justify one. Your watch would just go to one of their regular watchmakers for service.
