Overview of the Laurent Ferrier Grand Sport Tourbillon & Sport Auto
As much as I love Laurent Ferrier, I’m still not sure how I feel about these sports models. But I thought interesting to see the whole line as of today.
The models are presented by family (Grand Sport Tourbillon first, then Sport Auto) in chronological order.
One thing I’m sure of, though, is that the ‘no-date-tourbillon’ models speak to me more than the ‘date-Sport Autô. And I think the original model from 2019 could be my favorite.

I think the first model from 2019 is my favorite. No date, no bracelet. And I like the mix of brown and orange.
Fantastic dial color and lume...
...and if I ever have the $ for a tourbillon, I'd prefer it on the back...
Firstly…thank you for putting this amazing post together!
IMO the Grand Sport is by far LF’s greatest watch. It is my one day grail piece. And I know how this will sound but again IMO it puts the Nautilus to shame (I know what I’m saying here) one of the greatest watches…ever!
I personally wouldn't go as far as to say that it's their greatest watch,
but it certainly is a very nice timepiece. My personal LF grail would be this one: Tourbillon Double Spiral with rose gold case and clous de Paris dial, ref. LCF001.R5.D2GR. Best, Emmanuel ...
The 2019 version with the gradated grey dial is easily my favorite here....
It has the most timeless appearance from my perspective. With that said, in this price category I would be hard pressed not to go for the Overseas tourbillon - that dial with the Maltese cross integrated in the tourbillon, along with the iconic bezel is s...
I certainly understand your preference for the Overseas,
but I personally prefer the Tourbillon to be on the back, because I prefer solid dials. So I would stick to this gradated grey 2019 model!
Those are some incredible pictures of some really beautiful watches.
This is the first time I have really seen and noticed the beautiful case shape and work not of course forgetting the beautiful looking movements as well. Thank you for posting all of these pictures. Marc

I like the red gold pieces the best. I think the green dial goes well with the gold. How many watches do they make a year? I know these examples are from different years but along with other models they produce it seems like it’s more than when he started...
