Nomos Club 36 - first impressions...
pretty excited to see this watch - have been seeing it for long time online with so many positive feedbacks on this watch !
Personally, i feel this is a very well made watch with incredible attention to detail from Nomos team at every step (we're speaking of a watch below $1500 here).
1) They informed 3 weeks while i ordered online, exactly 3rd week - delivered spot on !
2) Within those 3 weeks, I got an email update & a call from their customer service - just to keep me informed.
3) Verified my wrist size & suggested that the 'correct' length of the strap (Thanks Ms. Sandra, Nomos Customer Service).
i liked these simple way of doing things - it was not just the watch box inside the FedEx box but a 'very simple wrapped' pack.
with a well printed 'note'
& a hand-written note....
It is incredible simple watch...very minimal and very very well made (Glashutte it is !)
the movement is very simple, decently finished and looks good from the sapphire case back (an option in Club 36).
the mandatory wirst shot...i was wearing a PAM 721 before so this initially felt incredibly small but moments after 36 mm felt right on the wrist !
the LOOOONNNGGGG lugs have a pretty good role to make this feel big on the wrist.
as i said, a very good watch with a very simple designed dial. I'm sure to enjoy wearing it daily over the next weeks & well beyond the honey moon period too !

And I agree with your comments, the simple stuff which is not always easy to execute goes a long way in giving the customer a good feeling. Of course the product also needs to support that, which in this case it does. I had the Weltzeit Nachtblau several ...

Nomos is awesome. The service is impeccable and the watches themselves are so well made. Incredible value for money, and holds up with the best, IMO. Enjoy this one. The Club is really versatile!

the lugs are pretty long which gives a feel this watch fills the wrist with 36mm
