Ming 17.09 alignment fix

I noticed a new post to the Ming website today. This post goes over the 17.09 hour hand problems - their cause and the fix Ming came up with. An interesting read for those interested in the technical side of things.

I like the transparency here, especially after the rough PR of the initial release. I also appreciate that they’ve added an extra year to the warranty and thrown in an extra strap free of charge. I just gave confirmation for mine to be shipped, and I couldn’t be more excited!

I appreciate the technical details a lot. But I also think it shows a positive effort on the part of Ming to be more transparent as you said.

And there was no commercial product on the webpage, just technical content, which allowed the moderator team to be more flexible.
