Hey guys I need some help, I won the raffle for the MAD1 S (I live in Mexico) and the watch arrived almost 2 weeks ago, but it has been detained in customs I have done almost the impossible and it seem I won’t be able to get the watch in Mexico because some crazy Mexican law, so I think one option is to send to to the US were I have a place in Miami and a couple of friends, do you know how difficult the process of get the watch delivered in the US is? Do I need to hire someone to the process and customs paperwork or does DHL takes care of everything and just charge you with the taxes? Is it something easy? How much are the taxes?
Thanks hopefully someone can give a little clarity

sending back to manufacturer and then they send to US?

As it is detained in customs it has not officially enter to Mexico, so by asking to DHL to send it to the US it would be like if it was sent directly to the US from Switzerland, my question is if it is easy for the watch to enter the US, does DHL handles ...
Generally yes. Any time I have had DHL
deliver in the last they have taken care of everything.
