You are getting a first look at the custom RGM my wife and I had make for my daughter as a graduation gift. We plan to give it to her on May 27th letting her know how proud we are for her graduating from medical school. It is a relatively new size at 35mm...

Are you sure RGM are engine turning those dials now? I know they're doing some engine turning in-house now, but that looks like the same type of engine turned dial they were outsourcing previously. It's a beauty, you must be very proud and I'm sure your d... 

I personally know Roland and have visited his atelier in Mount Joy. I saw his 5 restored vintage rose engines that he uses in his atelier and seen them in action. He is quite talented with his guilloche work. Through the 20 years RGM has been established ...

As usual with these things, it is the reminder of shared experiences that will make the object itself treasured, I'm sure. Great idea to have the rear crystal engraved -- wish I'd thought of that for a gift or two! Congratulations to all. Best, Gary G

The first time I visited RGM, I called and arranged a time with Roland and Rich. Then while I was there I saw the caliber 801 in the final stages before introduction, I watched the watchmakers work, and Roland spent at least an hour explaining how a rose ... 

I have only one daughter also and know exactly how you feel. What a superb memory or a lifetime. Best, Joe

i agree with Bim, you have a very lucky daughter. in fact knowing you as i do your family are all very lucky to have you as their husband/dad. its a really nice watch in a decent size. i'm sure she will love it. best G
