Impressive new AHCI piece...

 

It was a privilege to have been favoured recently with some information about an impressive new Independent piece: in this instance, the latest clock by David Walter.

 

As you will all know, David is a long-standing member of AHCI and a clockmaker sans pareil. Speaking very parochially, it was a dark moment in Australia’s horological history to have lost David some years ago to the West coast of the USA, but at least we may still see (and for some very fortunate individuals, own) his marvellous creations.

 

This is the “Three Wheel Clock”, soon to be delivered to a new home and a doubtless delighted owner. Photos here are reproduced with permission.
