What’s the wheel at 6 do?

The picture is too small for me to see in detail.

The black dot is the moon phase (new moon today) and the indicator above a „precision moon“ with the small arrow on the left turning clockwise as the moon phase changes. In my post I actually wanted to show the FR day indicator to wish you all a happy run...  

I‘m not a fan of holes in the dial normally, but in this dial it doesn’t really disturb me.
