I would go with a Bronze or honey gold strap in a rough finish (no shiny leather, alligator, Lizerd ETC) and put black stitching and a Black underside to the strap. This Mirrors the face in reverse. That's your best move. In metal a brushed black titanium... 

If you have a photo of a sample, would be great to see. At moment, looking at matte black with grey stitching. Now the clasp is another story - I dont think RG made a deployant for these. All I have seen came with pin buckles. I am always afraid to drop m... 

But I'm saying match the gold subdial color. if you send a photo of the dial to a strap maker and ask for a match they can show you what they have.

Forgive my ignorance, what is the semicircular plate in the lower right corner used for? It seems that there is only a pointer extending from the left? I am very curious.
