and replaced the Perpetual 1. The newer watch had design changes which were more cost efficient to make and more reliable. The Perpetual 1 had service issues. I do not know if the 1 can be upgraded to the new design, but I would look to get the "Endeavour" All of these watches are dress watches pressure proof to 30mm so they should not be submerged in water.

Agree. I would also suggest the Perpetual Calendar.
Only one minor correction, though. The sportier version of the Perpetual Calendar is in the "Pioneer" collection, with 120m water resistance. 😊
