Dear Westley, unfortunately I do not have wrist shots of the medium size H2...
... but I can say that at 34mm it is a quite different look and feel than the 38mm standard H2.
I cannot speak to pricing, I suggest you send an email or phone the workshop, they will be happy to assist. Please bear in mind that the price may differ according to which dial is chosen, the two tone dial shown in my pictures is significantly more expensive than the plain dials.
Here’s a photo that shows the standard H2 Sport, which is a tiny bit larger than the H2, on my 17cm wrist. Regarding the lugs your wrist size is the determining factor whether they stand out too much or not.

Hi Henrik, Great post. Would you happen to have any wrist shots? I am interested in a Hentschel H2, but I can only find photographs of the larger models on wrist and they appear to wear quite large as the lug design suggests the lugs don't sit on the wris...
