That is some achievement. I thought the reserve was a bit on the high side compared to some of the other pieces like the backpage and schaffo which ultimately did sell for more. But there is always no harm trying and I had a ceiling anyway before I would focus on the Tefnut Grand Dame. Fortunately, I was bidding against someone terribly kind so here I am the proud, happy and unexpected owner of a beautiful set of watches

I don't recall his name but he was there last Friday evening Nov 30th (he was the only one manning the MG watches, as they were in a case of their own).
