Christopher Ward?

Any brand fans here who have hands-on experience with the current/latest Gen 3 Tridents?

I have/had Gen1 - 2 Tridents and have come to respect the brand as they continue to deliver a solid product, with great fit and finish that punches above its weight class, cost-wise.

The community is all ablaze with disagreement over the new handset, logo placements, case sizes, etc. Just curious if others have hands on the newer models.

Thanks!

Had a Trident; have a Trident II steel bezel. I’m very tempted to buy a new one but I’m not sure if I want the chronometer or if I’d be satisfied with the regular version. Why don’t you buy the chronometre and let me know what you think. In pictures it lo...

No CW. A dozen better choices. No copycat brands... no matter what your price point, you can find more authentic choices with more collectible timeless manufactures.

Suggestions?

Hey Mostel, appreciate your perspective. Interested in your suggestion of what would be a better brand choice, for the sub $1K of the non COSC Trident.

Hmmmmm.... under 1K....

First thought is, buy pre-owned so you can get something that may be up to 3-4k new... and with that in mind... for a diver.... a 5-10 yr old Omega SM with no box or papers... a Sinn, same? Tutima, same? A Junghans, though they don't represent divers much...

All good suggestions

I don't personally find CW to be terribly unoriginal in so much as many start up brands are somewhat derivative. Those are indeed good suggestions - I own a Sinn U1 full tegiment, and Seamaster 300 Chrono yet still feel the CW has a unique place in the co...
