One final image of my favourite WG LM1.
I love this image because it demonstrates the three-dimensional nature of the movement, the size (14mm) of the balance wheel (built by Yann Le Martret of Manufacture d'ébauches de balanciers) with recessed regulating screws and the Breguet curve, suspended from the arched bridge as well as the depth of the lacquered dials and the intensity of the blued hands.

Great food presentation and photos
I saw a TV program ( could be SBS, Poh's travel series ) on how Andre goes through his creation and concept process including having plates designed with the right texture to present his food. What detail. Will be on my must try list in SG. Cheers,dreamer

Restaurant Andre is definitely worth a repeat visit. The focus was on the LM1, but the dishes had clear flavors and good ingredients. Not to much fiddling with fancy froths and tricky details, but very well executed. Andrew

Thank you for the reivew (watch and food). This is a stunning watch. Of all the MB&Fs, this is the one that speaks to me the most, via photos. I've yet to see any in the flesh, alas.

Andrew great analysis, like you the first time I saw the LM1 I immediately thought of the
Journe Resonance because of the dual dials but wow wow and wow, MB&F never cease to amaze and excite. I love the way they keep reinventing themselves without resting on their laurels.
