Could it be this one?
The one in the picture doesn’t appear to have a seconds hand though.
It might also be a limited edition version of the Venturer concept with a grey fume dial.

Dear Wesman , its one early Moser Concepts thats has a case made from Palladium and is called :
,,Moser Concept Funky Blue ,, and its indeed without a second hand . Limited to 20pcs
