All iterations of the Remontoire are uber cool and stunning but…
…this very one is my favorite of all. It is a concentration of all what I love in Indies : a gorgeous movement created by the watchmaker of the watchmakers Andreas Strehler, a fabulous watch all together made by Tim and Bart among the most gifted and humble guys of the industry, and this discrete but stunning guilloche dial made by my friend Kari. I could hardly take off my eyes from my wrist if I had one. Everything makes me think of all my indies friends when I look at this Remontoire… Huge congrats to you, enjoy it and wear it in the best of health !

Beautiful watch
Beautiful watch with a beautiful movement. I thought the Gronefeld brothers made the movement? Did not know that movement was created by Adreas Strehler. Would be really interested to learn more. Thanks
Only the conception of the movement was made by Andreas
Of course the production of the calibers is fully integrated and the gifted brothers are making everything (only the dial can be made by Kari on some iterations such as yours)

Given their pedigree at Renaud & Papi, i thought the Groenefeld brothers conceived the movement But Andreas’ involvement does not bother me a bit, on the contrary!
