Would not hold the dead companies against him, as sometimes great ideas do not gather enough traction. The lawsuits and contractual breaches should be concerning to collectors and investors. Where possible, it would be helpful to provide references and let people decide for themselves. Entering into a contract with this person might be a bad idea, as this appears to be more than a typical case of a watchmaker spreading their time too thin.

Wondering if this was a prototype now. Marc Brogsitter watches were always fascinating, but very rare to come across any for sale.
My layman's web search does not turn up any results for the German widow, Chronoswiss or the Festina group. Were these settled privately?
