This was nearly love at first sight!
Then...40mm sound reasonnable, but the dial opening and lugs shape make it too large for what is obviously a dress watch. Too bad. (I've got the same problem with the nomos Zurich, on a different note)

I like the symmetrical layout and the bridges/cocks. Most manufactures don't make enough of the barrels in their designs. But what's going on with the anchor on the back? But in general I find the Armold & Son watches to be too large and a little too gaud...
