I prefer it to the Dufour... Well, it is a kind of horological Champions League,, here, but the KV speaks louder to me, from the dial to the finish of the movement. Yes, I'm totally vladed, and your pics don't help. Best, Vlad.

From my few experiences with Kari, what really makes his watches special is HIM. It's his persona that shines through from the first moment one meets him to the finished product. That's what I consider magical about these pieces, is that this terrific guy... 

A note I forgot to respond to. From what I understand (from actual hands one practice!) is the following: 1) Dufour cotes: Issues involved with why they look like they do: the speed, angle, size of pegwood and grit that is used to do the cotes. MOST impor...
