You bought with your heart, and that always leads to a wonderful long-term ownership experience. Even though the watch doesn’t speak to me, I fully fathom how it must be breathtaking in person (dark blue contrasting with those golden stars). So I look for...

In person in the metal I have to say I’m pretty happy with it. As I mentioned above, the dial may not be to everyone’s taste but for me I’m really into it.

Beautiful piece. I like JX a lot, from my earlier interactions with him. He is a gentleman and was very patient with the younger me. Don’t see him post here now, but I read his website from time to time. His articles are of high quality. It does look like... 

I do think they did well with the concept and execution here. It’s on the dressier side perhaps, but a strap change might alter that. I will admit that SJX is a regular read for me, perhaps the only one among their peers I read regularly.

I was very much searching for this Habring reference, but as is often the case it was a long term project which I didn’t think needed any urgency. Of course in that time our little watch world saw significant increases in interest across a wide selection ...

Habring was on the list for some time, and I think another wouldn’t be something I’d rule out in the future. I have been very happy with the case, the size and overall construction/finish.
