Both have the tourbillon on the side - seems like that's a BNB thing and the Masterpiece #2 screams of Matthias Buttet
I personally find the complication on Masterpiece #2 to be much more fascinating (although not particularly useful).

I was very amazed with the differents paths Hublot is taking. Lots of colors for women, lots of materials for guys. I see also that they are dropping steel in their collection to favor ceramic, titanium and gold

Masterpiece #1 inspired by RM design?
Maybe because I saw this early in my AM before coffee but I feel that while the execution might be incredible the design in terms of size and overall shape is a piggy back on RM inspirations.

Only the minute and hour hands go faster. The seconds and shown by the tourbillon and are always working at the same speed
