Big Bang Tourbillon Minute Repeater revisited (more pics and another video)

I visited the AD again to look the watch closer and deeper, and again recorded the sound in the, hopefully, more quiet environment.  Hope that this post answers questions the readers may have.....

Some re-taken and close-up pics:

All carbon model is really cool

Open dial shows you a lot inside - again, this "more space" approach contributes the volume of the sound without tampering Hublot's signature "waterproof" sports watch.

The design on the right side with Hublot's initial "H" with wavy pattern is also attractive.

Nicely finished Tourbillon.

Finish is not so bad, either.

The "hidden" lever for the minute repeater function smile

The creation of Mr. Buttet - former BNB - and his team.

Now on to the back side (hammer side)

The wheel between the hammers is the "springs" that control the strength of each hammer, which must be perfectly proportional to the hammer weight.

The other wheel on the left is the "governor".

Now, let's see the video to hear the clear sound!  Pay particular attention to the spinning speed of the governor and strength controller (don't know exactly what to call it) between the two hammers.  The governor spins fast and the controller spins rather slowly.

Platinum version - case and bezel both platinum.  I am sure the sound is different from All Carbon version.  Wish I could let you compare the sound, but was already sold!

I hope you enjoy the report.  Check it out at your nearest AD - hopefully they have one in stock!

Best,
Ken
