As we're speaking about Modern Subs, a 16610 ( Date ), or 14060 ( without date ) are the ones.
The latest?
A bit too bulky for me, but why not?
If you want to have a Vintage feel on a modern Sub, the 14060 and the 16 610 can be found in the " tritium years ), till 1997, without compromising the funcitonality of the watch.

This UTS is something unique to you . Rolex subs will always be out there and GS Divers might be...based on your quote (per RJW's post), I can't any reason to change. Plus I really like that UTS, too big for my wrist, but impressive.
