I managed to squeeze in a quick visit to Vienna Time yesterday (sadly had to miss the opportunity to meet up with Ornatus Mund & Ms. R this afternoon) and one of the very interesting pieces on display has been the second iteration of the Sinn Meisterb...

Some more details - the Meisterbund is a collaboration of three companies, namely Sinn, Sächsische Uhrentechnologie Glashütte (case) and Uhrenwerke Dresden (movement). The movement is a new construction that has previously been used in Leinfelder watches ... 

I guess for pre-order. Agreed, KMII, this WG seems slightly nicer than the original-I believe also that dial and case are more harmonious. The movement is the project of Marco Lang and his attempt to make a German movement in numbers that many German bran...

I need to find a brick and mortar AD for Sinn-most of their U.S. sales are through an internet company out of North Carolina. That's not around the corner for me.

No brick and mortar dealers. They do have what they call Roadshows during which they travel to several cities throughout the US and let people view/handle the watches. Luckily they visit San Francisco every year so I've been able to attend several of thes...  

The one you\'re showing seems yet another version - WG, silver dial? Or just my tired eyes? They had the Split Second at Vienna Time as well - nice watch, as you say! So it seems Switzerland is not the only place, where it is difficult to get a Sinn?

Sinn isn't hard to get in North America, just a bit challenging to see before purchasing. One can order online from Watchbuys and have it at your door the next day.

Was quite excited to see it displayed myself. Even if there were fewer positive surprises this year...

the first edition in RG is not totally sold out as you can still order from the online dealer that Padj mentioned. I saw one RG on display in Dresden also in June. Therefore, demand is not there, not sure why. Rgds Raymond

I guess none are left with the manufacturer but some may be with ADs. As for not selling, it is a new area with Sinn and the watch is priced far from their traditional range, making people wary of the resale value. I guess. Looks very solid in real life, ...

Not quite in the market at the moment but good to know. And if I were to get one, it would probably be the WG version anyway. But still some way down the line at any rate...

there are still RG models available. The price for the WG is even steeper, and many people are going to be reluctant to spend that kind of money for a Sinn. I do not think you will have to rush to see one or get one. But I think those who say "Sinn? Too m...
