Your display’s contrast…
…appears vastly higher than the ‘Gray Shades’ (ref. TW5M54500) I received from Japan just yesterday. And compared to my cheapy JDM Casio F-84W, its downright dark - there’s no comparison. I’m not sure if it’s because you’re in direct sunlight in the photo...
That’s a coincidence, both inbounds the same week. I think that is mostly the direct sunlight.
I don’t think the contrast is any different than yours.
