There was a time when Omega parts were easy to get. I’m not sure if that’s still the case.

Then in the process of rearranging a few things around the house: I found my old TZ Level 1 toolkit, and the various movements & parts that came with it. Plus a few new tools I recently added including the Bergeon/Wenger multi-tool Then I found a few Pane...

In my quest to find replacement authentic Rolex bracelets they do not come cheap. Those appear to be in excellent condition.

I picked up the vintage ones years ago and got the modern ones from my AD when I bought my GMT Master II’s. The AD’s will now sell you a jubilee or Oyster bracelet. If you bought the GMT on an Oyster bracelet they will sell you the Jubilee and vice versa.... 

The various Daytona dials…was Rolex really ever that willing to share?! I understand the Omega Mitsukoshi dial, but the others are unexpected surprises. At this point, would there ever be a practical use (besides selling) to certain dials like Daytona?

parts in general were easier to get 20 to 30 years ago. I’ve had most of them for a really long time. Now I don’t see them as much.

I have no plans as of this writing, but don’t want them to be my children’s problem one day. I just used to buy watch related stuff for no reason at all. Some would call me crazy. 🤪

Daytona bracelet in very good condition with correct end links.

Nowadays, Rolex would not return the original parts after replacing them with new ones.

to service their Rolex watches in their service centres. So Rolex doesn't return original parts to the owners, in order that outside (third party) watchmakers run out of parts to service Rolex watches for their clients.

watches, it’s a moot point. If if have vintage watches it’s a big problem. From what I’ve heard, they won’t service watches over 30 years old at least in the USA so you have to have it serviced by someone other than them.
