It is indeed a tall order. Many brands just add some diamonds and call it a ladies collection. The rest do not really do complications for the ladies. Those that do have stratospheric prices! J
Hermes introduced their line of Slim'd Hermes collection at Baselworld 2015. Sizes are 25, 32 and 39.5mm. They come in Stainless or Rose Gold. I believe Bloomberg rated them in the top 10 at Baselworld 2015.
