Horological Meandering

Dear friends, my wife is interested in getting a watch with a power reserve indicator (dial or movement side is fine). The only one that comes to my mind is the Little Lange 1, but that is more in the grail category for now Any recommendations? J

Depending on taste, a even more feminine offer is the GP Cat's Eye! The Power reserve located between the date window and six. Exists in several different metals and dial colors. Best Blomman ...  

That's really nice! GP seems to be one of the few brands that offers a nice (horological) collection for the ladies, beyond the usual jewellery looking pieces. J

It's not a Lange but also German, also in-house movement, also classy and also true pedigree! Maybe in rose gold for the lady? How about that? Or is the 38,5 mm case too large? picture borrowed from fellow member Glickman ...

As you can see, the suggested two real ladies watches are by no means low-scale watches, with a lot of gems on the bezel (GP and R&B). The ALS and the Dornblüth (not cheap either) are smaller men watches with no particular feminine touch as is the Nom...  

It is indeed a tall order. Many brands just add some diamonds and call it a ladies collection. The rest do not really do complications for the ladies. Those that do have stratospheric prices! J

Hermes introduced their line of Slim'd Hermes collection at Baselworld 2015. Sizes are 25, 32 and 39.5mm. They come in Stainless or Rose Gold. I believe Bloomberg rated them in the top 10 at Baselworld 2015.
