Horological Meandering

I thought I would post this on Patek forum, but this is about collectors and includes other brands, so here it is. We had a small celebration gathering one night - celebrating one of the members for birthday + delivery of 5016. What NOT to celebrate, righ... 

Italian restaurant with one Michelin Star. Huh? Something is different.... One too many? Mayu Enamel dial... Wow, 016... Do you see that the glass has been "shaved" to "accommodate" the rotor so the case can be thinner. Forgot to take this photo before I ...

I didn't know that the Mayu was released with an enamel dial. Is it a LE ? Thanks ! Fr.Xavier

Several years ago, I think mine was one of the last at AD - couldn't fine in US, so I reached SNG AD! Ken

Just kidding! Although it is hard to tell that the dial is enamel in those photos. Looks like it was a great time thanks for posting. I've seen the 5016 in person a few times and got to try one on as well, its one of the nicest watches currently on the pl... 

... small second sub dial is different, if you take a very close look. While non-enamel dial version has two level small second subdial, enamel dial version doesn't. Mayu enamel dial is actually quite good, better than many other brands (I don't name name... 

Wow! This restaurant serves watches on the dinner plate! Amazing! No wonder this restaurant is so delicious! Oh, I'm sure the food tastes great too! Thanks for sharing your wonderful dinner with us!

A very interesting chorus. Hear the slight difference of the speed, rhythm, etc. Again, the choir boys were... Part IV - fin. That was it. Now you can't underestimate the Japanese mafia, I mean, hi-end watch mafia But seriously, I respect these people, no...

They want others to enjoy their watches. Sure, they love their watches and take minimal care, but they let me play with and handle theirs - free at will, on the wrist, pull the lever. The black 5016 has been just delivered after X years and $$$$$, and if ...
