Horological Meandering

Hi friends, Abel (a.k.a. Subexplorer) has presented his Oris Divers Sixty Five in a genuine ambiance here , which makes the watch look really at home. On the other hand, I've only taken mine for desk diving. Here are some of the photos I took in the past ...

the lume does not last that bright for long. Nevertheless it does look good.

When I saw it, I felt it looked great but on the wrist the classic black was a lot more legible and better in the end. Did you do comparison shopping on the different dials, too? ...  

I didn\'t have the opportunity to see the newer version yet, but I would have picked the black one anyway. To me, the all black dial is more legible, more versatile and much truer to the original vintage model. I believe the blue one will also be very pop... 

When I saw the grey / blue displayed, I was very excited, then on the wrist there was no contest - the black all the way. Found the other harder to read and the date with the black background sticks out a lot more.
