Horological Meandering

Just completed this rendering of an exploded view of a single-axis Tourbillon. I modified the supplied file, and created the exploded view, materials and textures. Rendering was completed in Keyshot. Currently working on a 3D drawing of the Jaeger-LeCoult...

Whose tourbillon is this? It looks like it is potentially a "flying" tourbillon design.

Its now my wallpaper on my pc at work!

I haven't seen a Co-axial tourbillon for a long time, but I do see the two-leveled escapement wheels/gears that suggests it's highly possible to be a Co-Axial type tourbillon.

It is amazing to see this perspective of a tourbillon. All of those components weigh less than 1 gram, too!? Here is a picture of my Beijing Watch Company tourbillon watch; the only tourbillon I can afford. IMHO my tourby is not as elegant as your renderi...  

I had one for several years and it didnt put a foot wrong. I only sold it as my tastes changed. They arent as elegant, but they do the job. G
