Here is the Universal Genève Cairelli Split Seconds which was recently auctioned by Phillips. A rare bird, powered by a Valjoux 55, in a 44, 5 mm steel case.
Reference 22 560-75.
The hands make me think of this Minerva Spit Seconds, which housed the same movement.

Alas, I've searched my computer and have no pictures of this amazing watch. I sold it a number of years ago to a very well-known international dealer, based here in LA. He sold it shortly after that - to whom I don't know. If I unearth some, I will post!
Valjoux 55 is a rare bird
... used in a variety of watches, ranging from Record to Patek. Cairelli in Rome manly supplied these to the Italian armed forces, it would be interesting to know if you have any information about this watch´s previous whereabouts?
Rolex actually had three pushers -
Conventional start/stop and reset and ratrapante through the center of the the crown/stem.
The Rolex interpretation of the V55 is actually quite special.
Breitling had a similar contraption, but based on a Venus movement (Valjoux’s unknown first cousin when it comes to movement design).
