Tyler, this is a tought nut to crack..
1) Famous for their larger sized watches but the smaller ones are more sellable
2) Involves a "crown"
3) Tritium?
4) 24mm - can be the diameter for your watch movement
I am drawn to guess that this is a divers watch. When you gave Clue #4, i guess Blancpain FF, vintage.
Ball uses coated Tritium, so can be a Ball Watch. Wait, their sizes are all above 40mm, thus Clue 1) above does not hold true. Ball has no "crown" or i mean involves a crown which I presumed when you mentioned, is symbolic.
I can only guess for now it is a Divers watch.

I'll guess Panerai as well. Although I love the core dna of the brand..I do think they are spreading themselves way too thin across so many different models. Keep it small, keep it classic. 200 different variations of "limited edition" doesn't count.
