VC. The dial is more harmonious with the subdials spread out and the date aperture closer to the perimeter of the dial.
As far as dial color, both are very attractive.
Beautiful JLC, very nice and my wife loves it too. The dark dial Parm annual is very classy AND sporty.

I would say VC for greater water resistance
For me WR is critical in the sports watch segment which both belong to. Although more mainstream, there is a case to be made for the YG Daytona especially in its current version.
The answer knows only your wrist
You have to strap them on your wrist, as the two watches are very different in size and wearing comfort. The VC wears much larger and headloaded, I tried it many times, it just don‘t work for me. Best, Martin
