Radium glow

From what I've been able to find out yes, but was being phased out.
Did a quick search & one of links suggested that by 70s its use had stopped. Only realised that watch was likely to have radium dial when noticed the RA either side of the Swiss Made and tried to find out what it meant. Cheers JML
