I think that these are theoretical possibilities that are practically irrelevant.
If a watch sees a shock big enough to move a regulator or stud holder other things in the watch are likely to be broken too.
There are some people making watches with a fixed stud holder, but as far as I know only in series of a couple of pieces a year.
For bigger series the amount of work needed to set the beat is just too much, especially as there is no practical advantage.
In all your pictures the stud holder appears to be held from below the balance cock, a good indication that it is movable.
A well made swan neck regulator can provide very fine adjustments, but is otherwise not better or worse than other adjustment systems such as triovis or etachron.
In end effect the quality of the regulation has more to do with the patience of the watchmaker making the adjustments and the amount of time alloted to adjusting than to the mechanical means in the movement for making the adjustments.
